We remove all UK VAT from the items on our website for customers outside of the UK. This means everything is actually priced cheaper when purchasing outside of the UK/EU. Delivery times listed are estimated and unfortunately may take longer than shown. Some countries not listed above (Rest of World) can take up to 1 month to arrive.
If your package has not arrived after the estimated time or shows delivered but has not been received we will launch a full investigation. As a small independent business we take all claims seriously and have to investigate each one. This can take 30 days to investigate and process.

- We are not liable for returns lost or delivered incorrectly. Ensure the label is not altered and the address is correct. Always obtain a postal receipt from the post office.
- For hygiene reasons, underwear items cannot be returned or exchanged.
