Orders placed before 4pm Monday to Friday are processed and sent the same day.

International orders are processed and sent from the UK by a Cross Border service. These will be delivered by a local postal company/agent which will vary for each country. This information will be shown on the tracking page once your order has been sent.

EU / USA customers - there are NO extra fees to pay on delivery!

No Extra Charges - Within the EU / USA
All prices include taxes and duties. Which means you will NOT be charged any extra to receive your delivery.

Extra Charges - Rest of World
We remove all UK VAT from the items on our website for customers outside of the UK. This means everything is actually priced cheaper when purchasing outside of the UK/EU. However, any custom charges or import duties are paid by the customer. We have no control over these charges and cannot predict what they may be. Customs policies vary widely from country to country; you may want to contact your local customs office for further information. Note we cannot mark the package as a gift or change the item price on the customs label.

Delivery times listed are estimated and unfortunately may take longer than shown. Some countries not listed above (Rest of World) can take up to 1 month to arrive.

If your package has not arrived after the estimated time or shows delivered but has not been received we will launch a full investigation. As a small independent business we take all claims seriously and have to investigate each one. This can take 30 days to investigate and process.

Extended Christmas Returns
Orders placed between 25th October 2025 - 25th December 2025 may be returned up to 25th January 2026.

We want you to be completely satisfied with your order and have a simple 30 day Extended Christmas return policy. If you need to return or exchange an item, please make sure it’s in its original condition — unworn, unwashed, packaged, and fully tagged.

We have FREE UK & EU Returns and easy international returns. Follow the instructions on our returns page.

• Ensure you return the item unworn, unused, tagged and packaged in original condition. If returning shoes ensure they are placed inside a bag.
• We are not liable for returns lost or delivered incorrectly. Ensure the label is not altered and the address is correct. Always obtain a postal receipt from the post office.
• For hygiene reasons, underwear items cannot be returned or exchanged.
