Returns & Exchanges

We want you to be completely satisfied with your order and have a simple 30 day return policy. If you need to return or exchange an item, please make sure it’s in its original condition — unworn, unwashed, packaged, and fully tagged.

Before you return:

• Ensure you return the item unworn, unused, tagged and packaged in original condition. If returning shoes ensure they are placed inside a bag.
• Please remove or cover the original shipping label before posting to prevent your parcel being returned back to you by mistake.
• We are not liable for returns lost or delivered incorrectly. Ensure the label is not altered and the address is correct. Always obtain a postal receipt from the post office.
• For hygiene reasons, underwear items cannot be returned or exchanged.

FREE UK Returns

1. Prepare your return: Include your original packing sheet and note clearly whether you’d like an exchange or refund.
2. Create your free label:
   Visit  https://www.royalmail.com/track-my-return/create/107  to generate your FREE returns label.
3. Attach and post: Print your label, attach it securely to your parcel, and drop it off at your local Post Office. Please check the address matches the one below.

No Printer? No Problem - Royal Mail offers a Print-in-Branch service. Simply create your return label online as normal and follow the instructions to have it printed at your local Post Office using the QR code sent to your email.

ROW Returns

1. Prepare your return: Include your original packing sheet inside. Write on the outside of the package "THIS IS AN INTERNATIONAL RETURN AND NO CUSTOMS DUTIES SHOULD BE CHARGED". This will avoid any unnecessary charges and your return possibly being returned to you.

3. Attach and post: Make a note of our address on the front of your package. Take to your local post office and pay to return your order.

FREE EU Returns

1. Prepare your return: Include your original packing sheet inside.
2. Create your free label (EU customers only):
   EU customers can visit  https://standout.returningtechnology.com  to generate your FREE returns label. Use your original tracking number and postcode to find your purchase.
3. Attach and post: Print your label, attach it securely to your parcel, and follow the instructions to drop off at a local post office.

Other notes:

• All exchanges are FREE — no postage charged to resend your order. (Exchanges are limited to size changes only.)
• Returns are processed within 24 hours of arrival (excluding weekends and bank holidays).
• You'll receive an email notification once your refund or exchange has been completed.
• Refunds are issued automatically to your original payment method within 24–48 hours, depending on your bank.
• Your statutory rights are not affected.
